Creature Comforts Big Driver for Staff

Anyone for a round of golf or a session with a personal trainer? McKinley Plowman & Associates’ plans for an innovative new office building in Davidson Terrace, Joondalup received prominent coverage in the business pages of the West Australian newspaper. The newspaper published an article highlighting the building’s unique features – which include a 17 hole mini golf course laid out between desks and a gymnasium.

McKinley Plowman director Nigel Plowman says the planned building, which will provide a pleasant environment for staff to work in and clients to visit, boosts the accounting, financial planning and finance company’s endeavours to attract and retain quality staff. Nigel says he and his partner Murray McKinley are committed to providing a vibrant and stimulating working environment, arguing that retaining good professionals is essential for delivering excellence for McKinley Plowman & Associates’ valued clients.
