Festive Season Reflections & Looking Towards 2024

As the end of the year approaches and we enjoy the festive season, it’s a time for reflection on 2023. It’s been a year of growth, challenges, and immense satisfaction here at McKinley Plowman, and I’m excited to share some of these highlights with you.

Transformation and Growth

2023 has been a transformative year for us, both in terms of our physical space and our team. One of our most exciting developments was the refurbishment of our Joondalup office. Following the successful fit out and launch of our Perth office in 2022, this year it was the turn of our Joondalup office to receive a facelift. The updated look and feel is more in keeping with our branding and vision, and we’re really happy that our clients have had such positive things to say about it as they’ve visited the office.

Equally important has been the expansion of our team. We’ve been fortunate to welcome a number of new team members, each bringing a wealth of expertise in their respective areas. This introduction of talent has not only strengthened our existing services but also allowed us to explore new and improved ways to support your financial journey. Our existing MP+ team have also been working hard to develop as professionals and enhance our internal efficiencies, with a view to better serving our wonderful clients.

One of our greatest privileges as accountants and advisers is to be a part of the amazing milestones our clients reach – and 2023 was no different. From business expansions to personal financial triumphs, seeing our clients succeed and achieve their goals is incredibly rewarding.
