McKinley Plowman – Wishing You a Joyous Festive Season!

As we bid farewell to 2025, I’d like to take this opportunity to thank every client and team member for being part of the McKinley Plowman journey this year.

This year, we kept a keen focus on reaping the benefits of our 2024 “Cloud Nine” project, where we transitioned to a fully cloud-based system designed to enhance efficiency, streamline services, and bolster the security of our clients’ data. I’m pleased to say that it has made a massive difference to the turnaround time for our clients, improved accuracy and throughput, and allows our team to make a positive difference in the lives of our great clients.

On that front, many clients achieved some amazing milestones throughout the year, and we appreciate the opportunity to play a part in that.

The outlook for 2026 includes even more work towards adopting best of breed tech solutions, to meet (or even better, exceed) our client service standards. Expect to see more collaborative ways of working with you all, where cyber security remains at the forefront of our commitment to innovation while also bringing efficiencies. Secure document sharing and wider adoption of electronic signatures are key initiatives in this space to look out for.
