Parking & Transport Guide – 40 Kings Park Road

Our office at 40 Kings Park Road, West Perth, gives our clients a range of options for short and long term parking and great public transport access. Below is a brief guide on how to get to our office.

Public Transport

Catching the train:

Disembark at Elizabeth Quay (fastest): We recommend you walk ~250m from the train station to Elizabeth Quay Bus Station, and catch the free Purple CAT (further details below), alternatively you can walk ~700m to bus stop 10090 (St Georges Tce Stand 31 – After William St) and catch Route 24 or 27 (further details below).

Disembark at Perth Underground: We recommend you walk ~160m to Bus Stop 10223 (William St Perth Underground Station), catch the Red Cat to the end of its route at Outram Street, and walk south  ~350m to 40 Kings Park Road. Alternatively, walk ~450m to bus stop 10090 (St Georges Tce Stand 31 – After William St) and catch Route 24 or 27 (further details below).

Catching the Bus:

Bus stops are located near the office, including free CAT bus services:

• Purple Cat from the CBD will drop you on the south side of Kings Park Road, ~60m from the office; while the CAT heading toward the CBD drops you on the north side of the road, leaving a ~30m walk.
• Green Cat and Red Cat will take you closer to the office from Wilson and CPP Parking facilities outlined in the map above
• Buses 24 & 27 operate between Elizabeth Quay Bus Station and Outram Street West Perth, these will drop you outside the office (these share the Kings Park Road bus stop outlined above re Purple CAT)

Parking

If you are planning on driving in the next time you visit us for a meeting or to drop off documents, there are a range of parking options to suit.

Short-term street parking is available on Kings Park Road and side streets (blue and orange markers in the map below); as well as various long-term undercover options on Mayfair Street (blue markers). The Wilson carpark is ~660m from 40 Kings Park Road, while CPP is ~720m. The parking options around the new office use Wilson Parking, CPP Parking or EasyPark Apps (all available on iOS and Android devices) or you can pay with your card at the ticket machines.
