MP+ Business Year-End Tax Questionnaire – Data Information
The information and documents submitted through the MP+ tax questionnaires are not shared with any third parties. They go only to McKinley Plowman.
– Storage and encryption: submissions are held in secure, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure located in Australia and the EU, and are encrypted both in transit and at rest.
– Access controls: two-factor authentication is enforced on every account, with restricted, role-based access, so only authorised McKinley Plowman staff can view client submissions.
– Privacy governance: StackGo, which runs the questionnaire and IdentityCheck platform, is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act and regulated by the OAIC. StackGo have opted in to the highest standard of compliance which can be verified here.

– Additional safeguards: alongside enforced 2FA and restricted access, the platform includes suspicious-login blocking, SQL injection and cross-site-scripting protection, and a security review aligned with the standards of major platforms such as Xero, HubSpot, and others.
